Tried working with Manga Studio today...and what can I say?!
It's fucking amazing!!

The feeling of the pen is better and more natural than in any other program I used before....ahhh, and the rulers, the perspective ruler....

...and so on, and so on...

Awesome!

Sorry for the roughness. Just did it to get more comfortable with the program...was a lot of fun, though.

I recently noticed your great Manga Studio™ image when I was browsing around after setting up the Smith Micro account here at deviantART. I’m currently working on a project to collect some of the best image to assemble into a set of galleries online. This is really nice, the backround has this weird minimalistic look and It could be interesting in color. Have you used painter? Would you say this program measures up?

hm...it's totally different. If you wanna paint, use painter or PS, if you wanna ink your stuff or draw whole comics including backgrounds, like houses and stuff I would definitely say- use Manga Studio! Doing panels and templates for your comic is really easy and helpful, too and is something you don't find in the other programs.
